How to Make a Strawberry Slushie

Step 1: First, wash the strawberries, remove the green stems, and zest and juice the lime/lemon. Transfer the strawberries, lemon/ lime zest and juice (from ½ the lemon/lime) to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if preferred.
Step 2: Add a cup of ice and pulse 5 times before adding the second cup and pulsing into a slushie consistency. Add more ice if needed. Taste and adjust the sugar and lime levels once more. Finally, serve the strawberry slush by scooping it into a glass or bowl – enjoy!
