While I’ve already shared a recipe for ultra-refreshing, 2-ingredient Ninja Creami peach sorbet, having also made Ninja Creami vegan mango ice cream, I knew I wanted to try the latter with the juicy peaches filling my kitchen. This Ninja Creami peach ice cream recipe is the result!
Best of all, this homemade vegan peach ice cream uses only 4 ingredients (including fresh, frozen, or canned peaches!), using a method that’s so simple it’s barely a recipe. Simply blend, freeze, process, and enjoy super creamy, scoopable vegan ice cream.

How to Make Vegan Peach Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)
Step 1: Chop the peaches into chunks, then blend all the ingredients (peaches, heavy vegan whipping cream, condensed vegan milk, and vanilla) in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
Step 2: Pour the vegan peach ice cream mix into the Ninja Creami pint jar (don’t exceed the Max Fill line), add the lid, and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.
Step 3: Remove the lid and insert the pint jar into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami, then lock it in place. Process using the ‘ICE CREAM’ setting. Serve the Ninja Creami peach ice cream immediately, or re-freeze for 30-60 minutes with the lid on for a firmer consistency. Enjoy!

Vegan Peach Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)
Ingredients
- 2 heaping cups of very ripe and juicy peaches peeled and chopped
- 1 cup vegan heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed vegan coconut milk
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend the base: In a high-speed blender, combine the peaches, vegan heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed vegan coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth.
- Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the MAX FILL line. Seal with the lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
- Process: Remove the lid, insert the pint into the Ninja Creami machine’s outer bowl, then lock it in place and spin using the “Ice Cream” setting.
- Adjust texture (if needed): If the texture is crumbly after spinning, add 1 tablespoon of plant-based milk, then use the “Re-Spin” function until the texture is smooth and creamy.
