Soft and pillowy Dinner Rolls brushed with savory vegan Garlic Herb butter served fresh off the oven in just 30 minutes! This easy bread recipe will be your go-to when you need delicious dinner rolls for your holiday celebrations or special events at home. They are so easy to make, you might actually find yourself enjoying them with your weeknight meals too!
Follow the instructions on the package for letting the dough rise.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Gather the seasonings and vegan butter.
Add the vegan butter to a small microwave safe bowl, heat in 20 second increments until melted. It is ok if there are still pieces of vegan butter that have not fully melted. It will melt as it sits.
Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt to the melted vegan butter. Mix with a basting or pastry brush and set aside.
Place the rolls in the oven and let them cook for 10 minutes. Take them out of the oven and quickly brush the tops with the garlic herb mixture. Put the rolls back in the oven and let them continue to bake for 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy warm!
Notes
The measurement for the vegan garlic herb butter is for 6 rolls only. If you are making a dozen simply double the amount on the recipe card below.
Using fresh garlic will give you a more pronounced flavor. So if you like your bread roll on the garlicky side, use finely chopped raw garlic.
If the tops of the bread are browning too much, you can add a foil tent on top of the dinner rolls so it does not end up burned.
