Bake the white bread loaf according to the package instructions. Slice and toast until golden brown on both sides.
Slice or mash the avocados.
Fancy them up with your desired toppings!
Notes
Do not slice your toasts too thin. It should be thick enough to hold the weight of the toppings. Half an inch is ideal!
I suggest slicing the avocado right before serving them. However, if you really need to make them ahead of time, brush the avocado slices with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
If you like more texture in your avocado mash, just cut them in squares and use a fork to mash. A food processor will give you smoother consistency if that is what you are after.
